Service RatesClients who retain our services will have 3 plans to choose from: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. This will determine your level of service and how many hours we dedicate specifically to your property. Members will have a Home Management account created with a prepaid monthly retainer fee. As services are completed, we withdraw the appropriate prepaid fees. Any services that go beyond our monthly service agreement, such as, 'on-demand' or emergency services will be charged by the hour and paid prior to service. Our 'future' rental management agreements do not require a Membership. Rather the fee will be a percentage of the monthly gross income.

Retaining ServicesAfter initial contact, we visit your property and perform a full assessment of your estate. We then create a detailed report that we will review with you when determining the appropriate services for your property and a membership plan which best suits your needs. Once we both make this determination as well as decide on a start date, we will then send an agreement for your review and signature.

VendorsWe will work with, manage and supervise your chosen vendors or if preferred, we will contract our own vetted and trusted tradespeople.

Estate ManagersIt is very important to us that you feel comfortable as well as trust the agent assigned to your property. We assign one trusted manager to your property. This manager takes meticulous notes and keeps detailed reports on your estate and submits regular status updates so that under unforeseen circumstances any one of us in the company is capable of picking up and take over at any time without a hiccup.

Contract TermsOur contracts are on a month-to-month basis. You have the option to cancel at any time with 30 days prior notice.
